Smart sleep mask
Falling asleep is not easy for everyone. Does a sleep mask that combines heat, light and sound provide the solution?

Stress, full schedules and too much screen time can keep your mind far too active when you actually want to sleep already. Usual sleep masks only block out light. Hypnuse adds technology to that. According to the Chinese company, the Hypnuse Pro uses artificial intelligence to create the optimal conditions to unwind. To do this, the sleep mask combines beneficial heat, soothing light and relaxing sounds. Your facial muscles would naturally relax, allowing you to fall asleep quickly.
Personal guide
Built-in sensors track your movements, heart rate and sleep pattern and transmit the data to an app, where your sleep results can be read. The system learns how well you sleep and where improvements can be made. Like a personal guide, over time it adjusts conditions to get a deeper sleep. The Hypnuse mask would thus help users fall asleep faster, sleep longer and wake up rested.

Soundscapes
The mask features five different temperatures (38-46 degrees Celsius) and 14 soundscapes. Although it looks robust, it weighs no more than 170 grams with battery. The mask comes in colours, gold, silver and black and costs $249. Handy for use at home, when travelling or for a quick power nap at the office.
